Undaunted by large projects, Candace was part of a hui that in 1996 created one of the then largest Agricultural Condo-miniums in the state of Hawaii. She has lived on Oahu since 2001, renovating properties and developing skills which will ensure you worry-free transactions.

Prior to her career in real estate, Candace was a farmer on the neighbor island of Kauai. Those 29 years of farming gave Candace a love of the land and an ability to work with people of all walks of life. As a farmer, she introduced new exotic crops to Hawaii, and her fruit tree nursery was well known for producing top quality stock. She now brings the same vision and quality to achieving your Real Estate goals.

Whether you are a first-time home buyer or a seasoned investor, Candace will be sensitive to your concerns. She is a good listener and cares about the people in her life. Her satisfaction will derive from matching your desires with the best property at the right price.

Candace has three sons: Eric, West Point grad and attorney; Dylan, organic vegetable farmer on Kauai; and Austin, recent graduate of Iolani School, now studying at Pitzer College in Claremont, Ca.

Candace’s hobbies include running and hiking, gardening, and cooking.
